    The term of production of products that are not available or individual orders is - from 1 to 14 working days, depending on the complexity and size of the product.
  • Exchange and return of goods is carried out on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". Products with individual engraving are not exchangeable or refundable!

    Consumers are obliged to:
    - Read the operating rules.
    - If necessary, seek clarification of the terms and conditions of use of the product before using the product.
    - Use the product for its intended purpose.

    Consumer rights when purchasing good quality goods:
    - The consumer has the right to exchange non-food of good quality for the same from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the product did not satisfy it in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
    - The consumer has the right to exchange the good quality goods within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, if the seller does not announce a longer term.
    - Exchange of good quality goods is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods are preserved.

    If at the time of exchange of similar goods are not available for sale:
    - The consumer has the right to either buy any other goods in the available assortment with a corresponding transfer of value, or to terminate the contract and receive money back in the amount of the returned goods, or to exchange the goods for the same at the first receipt of the relevant goods for sale. The seller is obliged to inform the consumer on the day of receipt of the goods for sale, which requires the exchange of goods.
    - In the event of termination of the contract of sale, payments with the consumer are made on the basis of the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods shall be returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in case of failure to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - to another term by agreement of the parties, but not later than seven days.

  • All YANIGEN - LEATHER GOODS products are guaranteed for one year, regardless of the product.

    We carry out repair and replacement:
    - Free if the item is defective.
    - Paid, if damaged due to the fault of the client - if the repair requires a great expense of materials and time.
    Repair time: 1 to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the damaged product.

    Exchange or Return Product:
    - If the product has not been used and has no traces of use: scratches, scrapes, chips and other mechanical damage.
    - If there is a check confirming the date of purchase.

    You can exchange and return items to the showroom within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act.

    Here are some simple care rules:
    - Immediately after the purchase, treat the product with a skin protective agent.
    - From time to time, grease the product with special beeswax-based Renapur balm. It cleanses, nourishes, softens and polishes the skin.
    - Do not leave the product under direct sunlight or near lighting for a long time to avoid color fading.
    - Do not attempt to place objects in excess of the size of the product in order to avoid material deformation and rupture of the seams.
    - Wearing too heavy objects can cause skin stretching and loss of shape.

    What if a genuine leather product gets dirty?
    - In no case can leather accessories be washed.
    - Wipe the contaminated surface with a special damp cloth for skin care or a normal, damp, damp cloth.
    - If the product is wet, allow it to dry at room temperature away from heating or heating appliances, light sources and direct sunlight.
